Gnodal is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Fernander as CEO. His appointment comes at an important time for the start-up networking company. Bob will take the lead in building the brand and driving sales of the GS-Series Switch Family. Built upon Gnodal’s own PETA ASIC, the GS Series provides the highest density, lowest latency Top-of-Rack 10 and 40 GbE solutions available in a very competitive market. 

Bob brings 30 years of sector experience to Gnodal, from connecting disruptive technologies with high growth markets and creating sharply growing revenue, to leadership in datacenter virtualization to meet the demands of Big Data, Video, and VDI. His operating experience spans both corporates (Sun, Compaq, Tandem, Digital) and start-ups (Surgient, Broadjump, Deepfile, StoredIQ, Pivot3) making him ideal to take Gnodal to the next level.

He recently led Pivot3 from market entrant to #1 market share in surveillance while developing and launching products expanding Pivot3's addressable market by a factor of ten.  Leading the growing team at Gnodal, Fernander brings highly relevant industry background and a broad international experience.
