Companies collaborate to provide clients with market data access over turnkey trading platforms

Chicago, IL, January 22nd, 2014 – SpryWare, a premier provider of ultra low latency feed handlers and direct market data technology, today announced a strategic partnership with LiquidityBook, a broker neutral provider of turnkey trading platforms that can be accessed over instant messaging, email, mobile and the web. Together, the firms will offer trading firms ways to connect to brokers and exchanges and execute on trading strategies, while reducing costs and streamlining the overall trading process.

The partnership rounds out both company’s traditional offerings to financial and trading firms.  In addition to its traditional low latency and tick data products, SpryWare can now make available additional ways to connect to and rapidly execute on trading strategies using the LiquidityBook platforms. LiquidityBook can now offer clients reliable and extensive access to a broad market data set that can be incorporated into its expanding suite of trading products.

“The LiquidityBook trading platform allows us to give users a differentiating way to execute on trades, with all the benefits of an end to end trading solution,” said Daniel May, co-founder of SpryWare, “The instant messaging platform is a particularly unique, light and easy option for traders. Paired with our global low latency feed handlers, clients now have a very effective means of competing in the market place, especially as the cost of implementing trading platforms internally are becoming more and more cost prohibitive.”

“Partnering with SpryWare gives us the final piece in our solution,” said Rick Goldenberg, co-founder of LiquidityBook, “With similar organizational cultures that are committed to giving tradershigher value solutions that cost less to implement, support and maintain, the partnership is a natural step for us to provide a combined, end to end trading solution that levels the completive playing field in a very unique and cost effective way.”

The partnership marks another milestone in SpryWare’s ongoing efforts to expand its suite of solutions to the low latency market while keeping the costs of such solutions at a minimum.  The company recently announced a significant expansion to its Proximity cloud solution, which gives clients a range of features newly available in a hosted environment.  Recently, the company has also announced several strategic partnerships with Pico Technologies, Embium LLC, and EESAT, all aimed towards expanding its traditional product suite and offering clients
more comprehensive, cost-effective market data solutions.
